We’re leading the change; we are the change.We are on a mission to power the future of travel; come join us.**What does a great Systems Engineer II do?**This individual works at a corporate enterprise level and customer focused roll, focusing on the timely support of the corporate enterprise level Microsoft Office 365 suite of products and customer raised problem tickets to ensure uptime availability of the product.**Key Responsabilities**:- Maintain the organization’s Office 365 environment through day to day hands on tasks to include (but not limited to) Exchange, OS365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, Teams, Yammer, Streams, Azure AD Connect to include servers, operating systems, security, and performance- Liaison with Microsoft in support of the product- Implementation of solutions to business and customer needs- Act as a technical point of contact as required on projects. Liaison with customer and vendors as needed on projects.- Administration and implementation, as required, of security measures- Applies advanced knowledge of design and engineering principals and concepts to design key component(s) for at least one product.- Understands impact on adjacent systems and long term impact of technical decisions- Ensures high quality design is delivered that meets specifications.- Generates and communicates ideas to improve overall system and/or streamline delivery of product/system- Champions needs of customer community and enhancing user experience.- IT management suite experience- Software Deployment/compliance using a software portal- Scripting/PowerShell for adhoc scripting needs- O/S Patching and compliance- AD Group Policy Management- Zero Day compliance experience- Windows and MAC OS - 2nd Level Support- Exchange 2016 Maintenance and Production Support- ADFS Administration- Auto pilot / Intune / imaging- Windows Active Directory knowledge**Education, Training, Skills, Experience, Knowledge**:- Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 On Premise and Cloud based technologies and services- an in-depth knowledge and working experience in Microsoft Exchange Online, PowerShell, Azure AD, and emerging technologies.- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange design, implementation and support- Experience in troubleshooting O365 issues- Scripting and automation capabilities- Problem solving and analytical skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Teams, Mozilla Firefox, Webex, MFA, Slack- Understands work group roles and responsibilities as it relates to TVP people, business and clients.- 2+ years' experience- 4-year degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or combination of experience and education- Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Powershell,- Experience in engineering, deploying or supporting commercial, corporate, customer facing solutions- Possess adequate knowledge in at least one of the services /products and adjacent systems- Can complete assignments quickly.- Ideally has held positions in multiple engineering areas during career, demonstrating well rounded command of other technology disciplines.- Understands and uses TVP SDLC and group specific metrics and processes**Interested?
