This position involves extensive communication, meticulous organization, and a strong commitment to accuracy and data privacy. You will be responsible for navigating various systems and processes to ensure timely and complete document delivery, directly impacting the success of our clients' cases.**Requirements**:- 6 months of experience in document retrieval.- Must pass a drug test quarterly.- Must be onsite in the Tijuana office.- English Fluent, both written and verbal.- Types 35 words per minute.- Charismatic and influential leadership abilities.- Meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Effective at time-management and organizational skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.- Stays current with industry trends and advancement through continuous Improvement- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.- High level of professionalism, Work Ethic, Punctuality,and reliability.**Preferences**:- Experience working in Sales accounts.- Degree in a related field (e.g., Legal, healthcare, communications).**Key Responsibilities**:- Driven by performance metrics and personal goals, and motivated to continuously improve and succeed.- Individualizing and delivering a compelling pitch that captures the attention and interest of customers.- Handle calls, provide information to help customers make a buy decision.- Achieve and exceed targets and performance goals.- Paying close attention to what customers say to understand their needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly.- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to clearly and persuasively communicate benefits and value propositions over the phone.- Addressing any issues or concerns prospects may have and providing solutions to overcome objections.- Use CRM software to track calls, sales, and customer information.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.- Qualifying leads and determining their suitability and likelihood of conversion.- Staying motivated and positive despite frequent rejections and setbacks.- Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with prospects to foster trust and credibility.- Understanding one’s own emotions and managing them effectively during sales calls.- Being able to quickly learn and adjust to new services, or sales techniques.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Comprehensive training on document retrieval processes and relevant regulations.- The chance to be part of a vital service supporting legal and medical professionals.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 22000, Zona Centro, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Document Retrieval: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English Fluent (required)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 30/06/2025
