This role is focused on delivering and supporting commercial excellence, while boosting Brazil’s portfolio performance.Requires cross-functional collaboration with all departments supporting sales in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions.**Your Impact**As Sales Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:- Customer Material Support: Create and maintain template for customer meetings based on past presentations; dependent on customers)- If ad hoc, pull data and create ad hoc materials based on strategic priorities for customer meetings- Responsible to ensure the correct Financial Administration (Invoicing); Set up POs in system, Revive Invoice, Match Invoice with PO, Match PO accruals at EOY- Responsible to ensure correct budget tracking for DX team - Responsible to updates SKUs in Symplus system, especially for innovations**Qualifications****Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachellor’s, Associate or Technical degree in progress. Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science or similar. Engineering if posible.**Experience**- 2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience- Interest in data analysis, data manipulation (MyBuy, SAP, Ariba)- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills- Clear Communication with all stakeholders (internal and external)- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Follow up and escalate skills with seniority- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time - Intermediate/Advanced English oral and written communication skills - Advanced Portuguese oral and written communication skills (must)
