Importante Consultoría de Servicios Internacional solicita:Buscamos tu talento como:**CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST / SERVICIOS TI - SOFTWARE**- **URGENTE**_**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura trunca o Terminada- 3 años de experiência desempeñándose como customer care, customer service, atención a clientes a sector corporativos, asistencia de soporte a clientes mediante vía telefónica, correo electrónico y/o chat, resolución de problemas, satisfacción del cliente, comunicación con clientes internos y externos, manejo de Excel.- Capacidad de análisis.- Capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas.- Escucha activa y solución a problemas- **Dominio avanzado del idioma Inglés (INDISPENSABLE)****Funciones a realizar**:- Mejorar la relación de cada cliente con los servicios brindados- Soporte al cliente con consultas técnicas y procesos comerciales- Resolución eficaz de problemas- Documentar los pasos de solución dado a cada incidente- Comunicación concisa y clara con las diferentes áreas**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo bruto mensual $15,000 - $18,000- Prestaciones de Ley.- Crecimiento y Desarrollo Laboral- Contrato Directo- Lunes a Viernes 9 - 6 pm- Oficina PolancoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- CUSTOMER SERVICE CLIENTES EMPRESARIALES: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
