Our lemma: "work smart and play hard"Some of out technology partners are Hashicorp, Cloudbees, Chef, Pagerduty, Docker and SAP.We're looking for a **Junior/ Mid System Monitoring****Qualifications we are looking for**:- Hands on experience in **Informatica**:- **Good communication skills in English**:- Familiar with** ETL concepts** and prepare data validations.- **Monitor the event alerts** and **notify to the concerned team **and process the requests from the end users to level 2 and level 3 support engineers.- **Monitor the availability of the Database events **like DB availability,** **Instance availability and the space availability of disk drives and file systems- Knowledge of any **monitoring tools** is preferable**Role Responsabilities**:- Learn, understand and use standard operating procedures (SOP) and tools to effectively manage- Accurately and concisely document production support issues for subsequent root cause analysis (RCA), operational & management analysis, and reporting.- Work with internal team to understand existing data landscape, ETL process Monitor the flow of ETL loading and update stakeholders on the completion status or failure.- Ability to accurately gather, analyze and interpret data, identify, define problems, and make recommendations for resolution.- Experience in troubleshooting and managing technical escalations immaterial of the criticality.- Liaison with Technical team for issues identified during ETL load and follow up on the same for a fix.- Ability to communicate effectively with team and other internal stakeholdersWe look for engineers that demonstrate passion for what they do and develop.
