QA Engineer Lead-Posición hibrida-Proyecto inicial de 6 meses.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 8 years of experience in software quality assurance- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.- ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.- Solid understanding of software development life cycles- Impressive problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Exceptional communication abilities, Outstanding analytical skills- English Proficiency- Must be able to:- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.- Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance and testing.Additional- Participated in projects where Agile Methodologies were used (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP)- Test on Cloud environments (Azure is a +)(Nice to have) Jira, Confluence, SlackPOSICION POR PROYECTOHIBRIDAPRESTACIONES DE LEYTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Ingles avanzado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
