Coordinación de actividades relacionadas con paquetes de baterías HV en la planta de ensamblaje de vehículos.- Liderar las actividades de lanzamiento del paquete de baterías HV.- Comprender, analizar y documentar los requisitos y problemas de la planta de paquetes de baterías y abordar esos problemas con el equipo de productos de paquetes de baterías.- Mantenga una lista de puntos abiertos durante el pre y post-lanzamiento y haga un seguimiento de las tareas necesarias para cerrar los problemas.- Apoye la inspección de los componentes de la batería entrantes para garantizar el ajuste, la forma y la función.- Facilitar y coordinar el inicio de solicitudes de cambio para abordar problemas relevantes.- Redacción del documento Lecciones Aprendidas.- Diseño de soporte para actividades de fabricación/ensamblaje.- Comunicarse e interactuar con proveedores de componentes de baterías a medida que surjan problemas.- Apoyar el proceso de resolución de problemas de la planta de ensamblaje. Ingeniero Mecatrónico, Electrico, o afin (titulado)- Mas de 1 año de experiência en la industria Automotriz y/o en ingeniería del producto- Dominio del idioma ingles al 90%- Manejo de conflictos- Experiência previa como ingeniero de lanzamiento o ingeniero residente de planta.- Antecedentes de Ingeniería Mecánica o Eléctrica.- Conocimiento de las redes de comunicación de vehículos y el uso de herramientas para extraer datos de las ECU para su análisis.- Experiência en Siemens TeamCenter.- SixSigma y otras capacitaciones en procesos de calidad.Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
