We invite you to join our solid team of professionals and be a key part of our growth.**As Human Resources Manager at NAPS, you will coordinate the department operation, and will ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.****We offer you**:- A position within a company with diverse organizational cultures and industries.- A role with significant responsibility and influence on projects, integrated with a leadership support team.- Continuous learning and updates in HR matters.- A place in an agile and dynamic (Fast Paced) company.- A position in a solid company with great stability and constant growth.- The experience and know-how of multidisciplinary teams.- Competitive salary.- Major medical insurance, covering you and your family.- Savings fund.- Savings box.- Among other benefits.**Responsibilities**:- Monitoring department metrics.- Coordination with NAPS legal department for managing labor issues, agreements, lawsuits, etc.- Monitoring the training of new department staff.- Responsibility for indirect personnel hiring follow-ups (requisitions, proposals, offers, DC3, and system enrollment).- Responsible for updating job descriptions.- Contract terminations due to RIT violations or end of term periods.- Coordinating the annual motivational events program activities.- Execution and follow-up of the annual training, instruction, and productivity plan.- Participation and preparation for audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others.- Ensuring services for employees, such as transportation and cafeteria.- Liaison and follow-up with the company union.- Monitoring and reviewing service contracts with various department providers.- Participation and follow-up on projects, career plans, social forecasting, and continuous HR improvement.**We need your experience in**:- Labor relations and unions.- Team management.- Organizational development.- Labor Law and labor reforms and regulations.- HR strategies.- General HR policies and procedures.**Essential requirements**:- At least 5 years of experience as Human Resources Manager.- Fluency in English for conversations with corporate.- Advanced Excel skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
