- Responsible for the areas of:.Employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training and development. and Human Capital Strategy. -Implementation policies and procedures of the company. -Demonstrated ability to develop and promote team members. -Strong experience in the Mexican Federal law. -Experience in develop policies & procedures. -Experience in establishing and maintaining a disciplined human resources operation with a focus on delivering consistent results with a respect for the individual employee. -Strong knowledge and practice on Lean manufacturing initiatives. -Excellent communications and public relations abilities. -Human resources Administration ( Headcount).

Experiência y requisitos
- 3 years of experience in a similar position. -Advanced English -Relationship with colleagues -Experience in the TRESS system
