Objetivo del puesto:Brindar apoyo al departamento de customer service para una mejor atencion a los clientes de acuerdo a sus necesidades, requerimientos o inquietudes, excediendo todo tipo de expectativas positivas mediante el trato directo, con una comunicación precisa, eficiente, manteniendo altos índices de confianza en nuestra empresa.**Requisitos**:- Conocimiento en el área de tráfico, logística y atención al cliente.- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.- Alto sentido de responsabilidad.- Ingles 90% escrito y oral. (Conversacional)- Visa laser.**Responsabilidades del puesto**:- Apoyo en envío de correos con el cliente de acuerdo a los servicios solicitados (programación semanal), informándole los datos del servicio (estatus) - Apoyo en solicitar recursos a planeación para el correcto despacho de las órdenes ingresadas en sistemas Prophesy y Fusion- Apoyo con la apertura de pedidos y/o loads en el sistema Fusion y Prophesy- Realización y recepción de llamadas telefónicas.- Llevar control de Bitácora diaria con el llenado de actividades.- Apoyo en la elaboración de Reporte de Accesorios.- Monitoreo y rastreo de las unidades mediante el sistema SAMSARA.- Apoyo semanal $_- Para mayores informes_- Whatsapp _- Nos ubicamos en Av. revolución #3613 Col.
