Are you ready to help us build a better world through education?**About the role**As our **People & Culture analyst** you will be in touch with all teams inside Kinedu structure, helping us to attract, train and develop top talent in our organization. You will be part of a strategic team analyze the business from inside and play an important role by bringing employees at first so they can be the best version of themselvesThe role is aimed for you to act as a member of the team that will provide policy guidance and interpretation of workplace policies. You will provide input on workforce and succession planning by maintaining awareness of the culture, plans and financial position.**What you'll do**- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for entry to senior level professionals from tech, product and growth teams.- Create learning courses and paths with the help of LinkedIn learning and other resources to sharpen employees skills.- Become an expert in assessing and evaluating talent for the organization- Developing and promoting the Kinedu Employer Brand- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention- Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation - striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status.**What you'll bring**- 1-2 years of recruiting, learning & development, and/or HRBP experience- Adaptability & Initiative: you’re always looking to try new things and you welcome feedback about your work- Experience partnering with different hiring managers, interviewers, and team members as a trusted resource- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment;- Detail-oriented and highly organized, experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders- Humility. No task is too big or too small- Positivity.
