Sales and Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze category performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and increased profitability. 4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work across various company departments including marketing, logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure alignment with category strategy and execution of promotional activities. 5. Product Assortment and Merchandising: Oversee and optimize product assortment, ensuring a compelling mix that meets customer demand, and work with marketing to effectively merchandise products.**Position Requirement**1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in category management, sales, or a related field within a retail or e-commerce environment. Prior experience in vendor negotiations and assortment planning is essential. 2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities to evaluate complex data, deliver insights, and develop actionable strategies. 3. Comunication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams. 4.
