Fleet Sales Manager, Private Sector

This is hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basisAct as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM storesFacilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are metTrack dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficienciesTrack dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunitiesAssist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GMBuild and manage relationshipsMonitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectivesAssist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancingAnalyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunitiesIncrease sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customersAssist in customer problem resolutionPerforms other related duties as assigned**Additional Job Description**:**Required Qualifications**:- +3 years of Previous experience in B2B sales.- Business English mandatory.- Bachelor's degree mandatory, post graduate studies desirable.- Good relationships skills with peers and customers.- This position requires the ability to legally operate motor vehicle on a regular basisIn case you need any reasonable adjustment to continue with your process, let your recruiter know.Just so you know diversity and inclusion are our strengths.
