As well as maintaining a veracity and level of inventory, that defines the management in the warehouses and production lines.Supervisory Responsibilities:Warehouse Supervisor.Team Leader.Warehouse Helper.- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).Job Responsibilities:Review and monitor the performance results of the different areas of inventory control, verifying that they are within the established goal.Establish action plans with preventive and corrective measures to the problems presented in the operation of warehouses and that avoid compliance with the goals of the apartment.Follow up on the implementation of the established action plansParticipate in the preparation of the budget of expenses of the areas under their charge (Forecast).Develop and maintain a culture of service among all the staff of the department. of inventory control.Prepare and implement the development and training plan for the different positions of the apartment.Detect areas of opportunity in the different Warehouse processes, developing optimization projects in them.Keep procedures, instructions, formats, etc. up-to-date. Derived from the activities of the previous point.Any other metric that involves the key areas of the warehouse operation.Coordinate with their supervisors the presentation of the development of the departmental communication boards for the staff.Support the Internal Logistics Management in the different activities, committees, presentations, etc. derived from the strategies of the Materials Department and the General Management.Act as a substitute for the Internal Logistics Manager when required.Establish strategies that allow having zero discrepancies in the different audits of the management systems of quality management and environmental control of the company.Prepare the planning of short and long-term goals that support the fulfillment of the Department's objectives.Attend the corporate meetings of Internal Logistics when necessary.Ensure the updating of personnel training records for both internal and external courses, general inductions and the position.Comply with the goals of 5 S's, accident reduction and personnel rotation of the apartment.Assist and assure the attendance of the personnel in charge of the training provided by Harman.Keep the record of all the metrics responsibility of the department updated.Monitor and evaluate the performance of the personnel that reports directly to them, as well as the follow-up to the performance evaluations of the rest of the positions (as applicable) of the department.Develop strategies to reduce costs in the expenses of the apartment.Verify the correct reporting for the payment of extra time in the payroll of the department by their supervisors (as).Encourage and maintain the concept of Teamwork and Quality in customer service among all the members of the department.Attend the SQDC meetings presenting the status and results of the metrics evaluated in them and that are the responsibility of Logistic Intern.Continuously reinforce the Safety First philosophy, instilling the responsibility for safety in a consistent manner.Basic Qualifications:- Integrity.- Innovation.- Inclusion.- Teamwork & Respect.- Excellence.Engineering Degree.3-4 years of related experience in similar positions.Ability to work under stressfull conditions.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to create High Performance Teams.English 70%.Management SAP System in modules WM & IM.Preferred Qualifications:- Leadership.- Change Orientation.- Collaboration.- Judgment.- Result Driven.Communication Skills (Oral and Written).Leadership skills.Initiative.Teamwork skills.Analytical.Problem solving and root cause skills.Achievement oriented.Interpersonal skills.Excel (Intermediate).Emotional Intelligence.Autonomy.Strategic Thinking.Personal Responsibility.Eligibility Requirements:Willingness to travel.Willingness to work in an office.- Any offer of employment is conditi
