This role manages Compute servers, Network(IT/OT), Power and cooling devices for Telecommunication rooms and End User services aligned with ITSM processes and managing our 3rd. party service providers.**Your Impact**As I&O Service Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:Responsible of ensuring stability, performance, and availability of I&O Infrastructure services. The role oversees day-to-day operations, validate technical designs and troubleshoot networking services (WAN, LAN, Wireless), runs key ITSM processes Incident, Change and Problem Management. Act as owner of system monitoring working together with One PepsiCo Operations Center looking for minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency through MSPs.
