**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions tailored to the Life and Annuities Insurance domain ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Aura and Salesforce Advance features to enhance system functionality and user experience.- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Apex to optimize processes and workflows.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions seamlessly into existing systems.- Conduct regular assessments and audits of Salesforce systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.- Hands on experience in Java Springboot and Microservices.- Monitor industry trends and advancements in Salesforce technologies to keep solutions current and competitive.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.- Support the development of strategic roadmaps for Salesforce technology adoption and enhancement.- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.**Qualifications**- Possess extensive experience in Salesforce Aura Salesforce Advance Salesforce Admin Salesforce Apex and Salesforce technologies.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain and its specific requirements.- Exhibit proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams.- Have a proven track record of successful Salesforce solution implementations and optimizations.- Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.- Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.- Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Salesforce technologies.**Certifications Required**Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Advanced Developer
