Supplier Quality Engineer

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Defines the material receiving inspection system and the control of non-conforming Material (MRB)- Provides quality data and information for the evaluation of suppliers- Collaborates to define criteria for quality characteristics of direct raw material- Collaborates to maintain the approved suppliers list- Collaborates and recommends on the approval status of suppliers of direct material- Carry out external audits on suppliers of direct material.- Participates as part of the supplier development team, coordinates and leads periodic internal and external meetings which are carried out to improve supplier’s components and processes.**Who You Are**:- You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations.- You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options- You build constructive relationships with people both similar and different to yourself.**For This Role, You Will Need**:8 years experience are desired in the followign áreas:- Supplier quality assurance- Metrology and GD&T- ISO 9001:2008 Quality System including- Supplier corrective actions- Knowledge of external approvals- Suppliers development and supplier auditsBachelor degree in engineering, prefered in materials, Mechanics, electromechanics, Mecatronics or similar.**Our Offer To You**:Benefits At Emerson we offer a competitive benefits package to recognize and support our employees such as private health insurance with dependent coverage, flexible work opportunities, wellness center, door-to-door transportation, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and career growth focus and many more.Commitment with Diversity and Equal OpportunityAt Emerson we have seven Employee Resource Groups that demonstrate our commitment with DE&I.
