We’re looking for talented individuals to join our teamLocation: Colonia Del Valle, CDMXWork Type: Work from Home**What You’ll Do**:- Provide outstanding customer support over the phone.- Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries on orders, billing, returns, and more.- Develop expertise in Retail Customer’s products, services, and policies.Communicate effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.**What We’re Looking For**:- English Proficiency: C1 or Native level required.- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Representative.- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Skills: Sharp, proactive, and self-motivated with a friendly and professional attitude.Legal Requirements: Mexican ID, High School Diploma (or equivalent)**What We Offer**:- Salary: $14,000 MXN/month- WFH Bonus: $1,000 MXN/month- Performance Bonus: $2,000 MXN/month (after operations)- Paid Training: Up to 5 weeks (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, TBC)- Law Benefits + Major Medical Insurance (after 90 days)- Career Growth & an Amazing Work EnvironmentPay: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
