At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**GP Req to PO Analyst - MBS*******Main Purpose**- The Req to PO analyst will be working in a fast-paced high-volume environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills with an attention to detail. This position will be responsible for communicating with internal teams as well as suppliers to faclitate timely invoice processing, resolving supplier invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation and support internal & external stakeholders_- Scope_- _ The functionholder is covering for: 1 x LATAM, 2 x PFNA, 1 x Global Categories_**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- _Maintain Templates, Create/Approve/Manage Requisitions, PO, Blanket PO & track status_- _ Record / Approval Manual A/P Invoice_- _ Review AP invoice aging & AP AP Reconciliation to ensure compliance_- _ Faclitate manual Invoice payment execution_- _ Monitor shipping ETA’s & manage custom clearances _- _Co-ordinate for Master Data update (e.g. Info Records, Material codes, Outline agreement, Bill of Material)_- _ Research and resolve payment discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from internal team and from suppliers_- _ Responsible to co-ordinate between the suppliers & internal AP team for timely Invoice processing_- _ Resolve Invoice exception resolution related to supplier_- _ Writing Standard Operating Procedures, Building Process Maps for any new process_- _Other documents preparation to support samples delivery, utilization of goods, usage of stocks, etc_Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal teams and suppliers- Strong organizational, investigative, communication and strategic thinking skills- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel) Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships with Suppliers & Users)- Global Categories / PFNA - Excellent English level- PBF/LATAM - Portuguese + good English level- Professional presentation experience- Bachelor’s Degree- 3+ years of experienceIf you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
