**Job Title: Chief Sales and Marketing****Location: Remote but prefer Guadalarja or willing to travel to GDL.****Base Starts at: $15,000 MXN per month, and every month you hit the target sales, you will receive a 5,000 raise until you are at 30,000 per month.****Bonus: eaqul to first month service fee of the new client: between $25,000 - 50,000 MXN per contract.****Must Speak and write engilish very well.**Industry: Virtual Assistant Staffing & Business Process OutsourcingSalary Range: MXN $15,000 - $30,000 monthly base, with performance bonuses leading to a total of MXN $80,000 - $100,000 monthly.Role Summary:Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet or surpass business objectives.- Direct and inspire the sales and marketing team to reach sales goals through effective training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.- Manage the company's sales operations, guaranteeing efficient lead generation, conversion, and client satisfaction.- Partner with the executive team to set the company's strategic direction and operational plans.- Analyze market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to pinpoint opportunities and key issues.- Adjust marketing goals and strategies in response to market changes and business priorities.- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the sales and marketing departments, ensuring optimal resource allocation.- Provide reports on sales and marketing achievements against targets to the CEO and board members.Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the virtual assistant or related industry.- Proven track record in hitting sales targets and fostering growth.- Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and speaking.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to business challenges.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.- Strong LinkedIn presence and a robust network within the virtual assistant industry.- Ability to create and manage a business development pipeline, demonstrating a keen understanding of industry contacts and opportunities.Compensation:The starting salary is set at MXN $15,000 per month, with monthly increments of MXN $5,000 upon achieving targets, culminating in a MXN $30,000 base salary.
