If your skills can help save lives, you’ll find a home at Autoliv.**Where you will work**:- Querétaro Technical Center | Parque Industrial O' Donnell**What you’ll do**:- Administer and maintain the regional LMS, ensuring accurate user access, course assignments, learning paths, and data integrity in alignment with organizational standards.- Serve as the primary LMS liaison for regional HR, training teams, and business units, supporting the deployment of global and regional learning programs, including compliance, onboarding, and leadership development.- Collaborate with global LMS teams and cross-functional partners to troubleshoot issues, implement system updates, and drive improvements in learning delivery and user experience.- Collect and consolidate training records from all sites across the Americas region, ensuring accurate and timely import into the LMS to maintain centralized learning data and compliance tracking.- Collaborate with sites in Mexico to prepare and submit required documentation through designated compliance platforms (e.g., SIRCE) or government portals.- Support training event coordination, including customized training sessions, event planning, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.**What is required**:- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, IT, or equivalent- Proven experience with Learning Management System Administration- Proven English skills are required (conversational & written), Portuguese is considered a plus- Experience with SIRCE requirements & Power BI considered a plus- Advanced skills in Excel are required**What’s in it for you**:- Attractive compensation package- Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options, and many more perks.- Gender Pay Equality- Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
