We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced Recruiter to our HR Department based out of our **Juriquilla**office.**On site: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm - Alternate Saturdays****Responsibilities**:- Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.- Design, expand and manager training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual- Deliver system training to existing staff, both one-on-one and groups sessions- Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees- First month check-ins/skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required- Evaluate training and development programs, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement and performance- Trouble shoot systems issues- Support the Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required including systems implementations, process improvement, data cleansing**Requirements**:- 4 years of experience in an Training & Development role will be an asset- You will need to have proficiency for Training systems, fast learner and experience providing training to employees.- Relationship-building- Confidential nature capable and experienced in delivering training on systems- Strong degree of emotion intelligence and interpersonal skills- Energetic, enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in fast-paced environments- High Attention and detailed oriented.- English is a must**Benefits**- Competitive pay package- Life insurance- Savings fund- Health benefits- Food coupons Christmas bonus.- We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
