Provisioning Specialist

The VSG billing team is looking for a Provisioning Specialist to assist the larger team. This individual will report in to the to the Senior Billing Lead and assist on our two largest accounts.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Gather order information, review, and process orders and invoices in a timely manner- Monitor phone queue and address customer service calls- Provide backup to other team members and assist with the queue of orders- Proactively contact customers with expiring contracts, generate renewal quotes, and ensure renewals are complete- Follow up in a timely manner on all Customer inquiries- Report issues to the Team Leader or Manager**Qualifications / Skills**:- At least 1 year of experience providing customer support- Excellent computer skills (working knowledge of MS Office suite is a must)- Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills- Detail-oriented, effective written communication skills, ability to multi-task- Active listening, time management and judgement skills- Team player and fast learner with a solid work ethic**Preferred Skills**:- Prior experience with Salesforce and/or Oracle Fusion is a plus- Basic knowledge of accounting**Communication**:**Education / Experience**:- High School diploma required
