We help companies (big or small) deal with the complexities involved with hiring global teams remotely, by managing employee onboarding through to offboarding, including legal and compliance, payroll, expenses, and health and benefits.We also practice what we preach We are a fully remote company which means we have no head office. Our team of more than 150 people is located in more than 50 countries and territories around the world. This means you can work from anywhere. We provide benefits and support in any global location just as we would for our clients and their remote teams.At a time when remote work is exploding, we're growing our team to help make global remote work a reality for people everywhere.**What will you do?**- Benefits administration and management, including insurances, retirement plans, flexible benefits, wellness programmes and other country-specific benefits- Data and vendor management - working closely with benefits vendors and partners and maintaining accurate data records for compliance and reporting- Process management and improvement- Assist as appropriate with design and implementation of new benefits programs, including setting up delivery and support processes- Writing knowledge based articles, solutions and FAQs for publication to customers and company knowledge base- Support with other ad hoc tasks as required**You're the kind of person who...**- Is proficient in English with great communication and interpersonal skills- Is confident and not afraid to be client facing- Has an understanding of international benefits programs and regulatory requirements in at least one country (health, wellness, retirement and/or other employee benefits)- Has at least 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR within a global environment, ideally within an Employer of Record or similar organisation- Has a natural curiosity and is excited about learning about benefits in multiple countries- Is able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively- Has a keen eye for detail, ensuring that documentatio_n is accurate, thorough, and easy to understand._- Has a proactive approach to problem-solving, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.**What would make you really stand out?**You are the type of person who is genuinely interested in International Benefits, and is driven to help others.- **Knowledge**: Understanding of international benefits programs and regulatory requirements in multiple countries.
