Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: San Pedro, NL, Mexico (in-office) Type: Full-time | Base + Commission About the Role Our partner in Monterrey is hiring a high-performing SDR to work directly with our Director of Sales and help drive pipeline growth with U.S.-based clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, executive-level conversations, and building real momentum in a growing sales organization. You’ll have direct exposure to leadership, clear performance expectations, and a strong commission structure tied to results—ideal for someone looking to accelerate their sales career. What You’ll Do Prospect and engage U.S.-based decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn Research target accounts and personalize outreach Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate activity and notes in the CRM (HubSpot or similar) Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to refine messaging, targeting, and strategy Consistently build and manage a healthy outbound pipeline What We’re Looking For 3+ years of B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience , ideally in staffing, outsourcing, BPO, SaaS, or professional services Advanced English (C1–C2) — able to sell confidently to U.S. executives Proven hunter mindset with strong outbound and cold-calling experience Comfortable with consultative conversations and value-based selling Experience using CRMs and modern sales tools Organized, coachable, and motivated by targets and commissions Based in Monterrey, Mexico Nice to Have Experience with nearshore or offshore service models Background in BPO, healthcare, legal, tech, or professional services Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Why Join Work directly with the Director of Sales — no layers, real mentorship Lucrative commission structure with clear earning potential High visibility and career growth opportunities as the company scales Exposure to U.S. clients and executive-level sales conversations A fast-growing, nearshore BPO serving healthcare, legal, tech, and retail clients Flexible time-off Legal benefits Breakfast and lunch service included M-F About Hire Aregio Hire Aregio is a nearshore BPO and shared services partner supporting U.S.-based SMBs.
