Exciting Opportunity: Join Hire-Co as a Business Development Manager Intern Job Title: Business Development Manager Intern – HireCo (Monterrey, Mexico) Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León (remote/hybrid – 20–30 hrs/week) Compensation: Commission-only (no base salary) You get paid only when you close net-new clients → 10–20% of revenue generated. Role (100% greenfield – new business only): Hunt B2B companies in Monterrey (tech, energy, manufacturing, retail, logistics). Cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone. Qualify leads and book discovery calls for Jorge. Research industries and map HR/Talent Acquisition contacts. Who we’re looking for: Current university student or recent grad (Business, Marketing, Engineering, etc.). Intermediate English (conversational). Proactive, hungry, and not afraid of rejection.
