**WORLD ÉLITE** is hiring a detail-driven, bilingual **Admin / Executive Assistant** to support our operations, client coordination, and systems management. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, cares about doing things the _right way_, and delivers exceptional client care.**Core Responsibilities**- **CRM management**: data hygiene, tagging, pipeline updates, exports/imports.- **Documents & EZMax / contract management**: templates, accuracy checks, updates.- **Google Drive organization**: structure, naming, permissions.- **Transaction coordination**: collecting documents, tracking deadlines, liaising with clients/partners.- **Process documentation**: maintain SOPs, weekly reports, logs, and checklists.**Requirements**:- **Fluent in English and French** (spoken + written).- Experience with CRMs (Lofty, Airtable, HeyGen, or similar).- Strong skills with **Google Workspace** (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).- Transaction coordination experience (real estate is a strong plus).- Excellent communication skills and strong documentation habits.- High integrity and confidentiality.- Capable of following established SOPs with precision and consistency.**Work Schedule**- **Mandatory availability on Saturdays**:- **1 PM to 6 PM — Canada time (EST)**:- Additional weekly hours may be discussed depending on workflow.**Start Date**- Position begins **after a one-week training period** to learn our systems, standards, and processes.**What We Offer**- Clear SOPs, training, and continuous support.- Opportunity to grow internally for **remarkable, high-performing team members**.- Work with an international, fast-growing operations team.- Ability to own systems and help shape optimized processes.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Commission, Permanent
