At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Now we are looking for this position:**Internal Control Analyst****Responsibilities**:**Main Purpose**Support Risk Assessments and Transformation Projects activities across MBS, supporting business objectives in order to improve control maturity level according with the Global Control Standard (COSO Methodology).Be active implementation colleage to validate processes in the MBS structure mainly for its towers and accelerating through technology leveraged with IPEX team (Analytics, Robots, Agile, etc.) implement a new Audit & Internal Control model using new market trends and make benchmarck with PepsiCo business*****Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- Responsible for performing Business project activities according with Internal Control Annual Plan- Validation of Process Maps and Desktop Detail (DTP) in each wave of implementation by country and per process indentifying risk and setting control if applicable- Provide conclusions to Management through executive summary and detail reports- Support to the Business at the controls implementation aligned with COSO Methodology.- Promote best practices in business process in order to improve controls efficience and processes- Strong communication channels top to bottom and bottom to topQualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- Bachelor's degree required (Accountant, Administrator Finance, or Similar)- Minimum of 2 years of experience (Control, Audit, or Finance).- English Advanced- COSO and SOX Knowledge- Understanding of auditing standards, audit techniques, testing, and financial/operations controls.- If you have the profile that we are looking for, send us your CV via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months._**_ Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo_
