Our continued success depends on itKey Responsibilities:- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.- Maintain network security configurations, compliance and best practices.- Support the implementation of network security measures to protect sensitive data.- Collaborate with multiple Infrastructure teams in the deployment and maintenance of the network infrastructure.- Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues.- Be the liaison between the Network Infrastructure and Enterprise Cyber Security teams.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to continuous improvement.Qualifications:- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience.- Experience with network switches, wireless, and firewalls.- Experience with network security principles and technologies.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco: CCST, CCNA, Cisco Certified Support- Technician (CCST) Cybersecurity; CompTIA: Network+ or Security+) are a plus.- Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Aruba ClearPass is a plus.- 2 years of network and network security experience.- Comfortable in speaking and writing in English, and communication and teamwork.Physical Requirements:- Must be able to lift and transfer up to 30 pounds.- Domestic and Global travel required - up to 20%NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least three (3) days per week. #LI-Hybrid
