At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**TA Analayst****Main Purpose**This role is responsible of executing the end to end external recruitment process for L04 - L07 open positions for the US (PBNA / Others: PFNA, Corporate, Global Functions) aligned with the local requirements while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed.**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- _Exectue end to end external recruitment process: _- _Facilitation of Hiring Manager Intake Meeting to align the process, SLAs and profile requirements._- _ Triger external posting with HBS_- _ Collect post interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed._- _ Create the OLDF (Offer Letter Detailed Form) and send it to the HBS team to generate the offer letter. Obtaing TR and HR approvals if needed._- _ Ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfilment such as Time to Accept(TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores(HMSS) and system accuracy, among others._- _ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partner, MBS and HBS teams in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility._Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- _Bachlor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related _- _2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience, which may include TA Coordinator, HR, Recruiting, or prior functional applicable experience, among others _- _Proven work experience as a talent sourcer or similar role, with experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings), familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, such as Kenexa) _- _Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook_- _ Strong English oral and written communication skills_- _ Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills_- _ Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process_- _ Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time_If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
