The Junior Talent Acquisition will collaborate with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and hire top talent. This person will take ownership and develop a strong report with local leadership to determine, support, and execute business staffing needs.**About You**:This person will be adaptable and dynamic.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Achieve staffing objectives by:- Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to determine qualification criteria and organizational plans- Publishing job announcements on careers pages and job boards- Comparing qualifications to job requirements- Interviewing and analyzing responses- Improve organization attractiveness by:- Recommending new policies, practices, and tools- Monitoring job offers and compensation practices- Emphasizing benefits and perks- Collaborating with leadership to implement process changes- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation and enforcing regulations with leadership and hiring managers.- Coordinate with leadership and hiring managers to schedule additional interviews.- Research and understand recruitment market trends and participate in continuing educational opportunities.- Additional Job duties as assigned.**Requirements & Qualifications**:- Associate's degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred- 1-2 years of exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment- Experience managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously- Ability to listen, collaborate, and problem solve effectively and in a timely manner- Ability to influence leadership and hiring managers in a professional manner- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Understanding of relevant laws and compliance standards- Familiar with Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred- Familiar with personal and organizational KPI systems and measurements preferred- Computer skills and a base knowledge of:- Skype, Zoom, and other online meeting platforms**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month**Experience**:- recruitment: 1 year (preferred)- staff administration: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- english (preferred)Work Remotely:- Yes
