Tenemos la ambición de acompañar a nuestras tiendas hacia la adopción de soluciones que le permitan financiarse y puedan ofrecer un portafolio más amplio de productos y servicios.**Job functions**Seguimos creciendoPor eso, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Operations and Biz Dev Manager MX para sumar en nuestro equipo de Desarrollo de Negocios de Tienda Pago.- Objetivo de la posición: Desarrollar nuevos negocios y afianzar relaciones comerciales actuales.**Principales responsabilidades**- Liderar el camino para operar en un desarrollo de negocios y servicio a los clientes con el equipo de gestión.- Estar a cargo de las relaciones comerciales con FMCGs y todos los demás socios comerciales potenciales.- Ayudar a implementar la solución de Tienda Pago en los socios comerciales y el ecosistema, ajustando la propuesta de valor en acciones tácticas y estratégicas.- Análisis de las tendencias actuales del mercado y de la actividad de la competencia.- Normalizar las relaciones vía legal (contratos) y comercial.- Promover el modelo de Tienda Pago para ser más "digital" y menos "humano".- Promover el desarrollo y crecimiento de su equipo.**Requerimientos del cargo**- Titulo universitario- Más 5 años de experiência en el área comercial- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.- Mentalidad analítica, capacidad para trabajar con datos y establecer prioridades.**Algunos de Nuestros Beneficios **❤️- Día libre a elegir en el mes de tu cumpleaños- Días festivos no oficiales (Día de la mamá, Semana Santa.
