Responsible for the administration of company and STPS regulations and standars- Ensure that the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Internal Regulations to promote a safe and healthy environment.- Carry out communications plans- Coordinate Immigration Guidelines and Registration- Responsible Mayor Medical Administration- Is responsible benefits and compensation processes- Participation in Organization Plans and Employee Development- Oracle, ADP, TRESS, experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related degree- 5+ years of experience in other HR functions including, but not limited to, policy management, employee relations, compensation, legal/ compliance.- Essential bilingual (English/Spanish)- Supervisory experience- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law- Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel, etc.)- Experience working with TRESS, Oracle and ADP System
