This role provides expert advice on HR policies and practices, promotes employee engagement, and drives talent development across the business.**Key Responsibilities**:- Partner with leadership to identify and implement HR initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.- Ensure HR policies and programs within the assigned area support employee engagement, retention, and performance.- Provide coaching and support to managers on HR matters such as performance management, compensation, and benefits.- Analyze HR data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration with Centers of Excellence and promoting HR innovation.- Collaborate with the labor union on the annual updates of collective bargaining agreements.- Ensure the implementation and continuity of legal requirements related to labor matters, as well as maintain effective labor relations with employees.**Educational Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, or a related field.- Fluent in English.**Skills**:**Global Perspective**:- Conducts business across international markets, considering legal, financial, and cultural factors.- Applies global insights to inform HR decisions and practices.**Organizational Knowledge**:- Aligns departmental plans with the company’s mission and vision.- Coaches others on organizational culture, structure, and history.- Navigates formal and informal organizational channels effectively.**Decision Making & Critical Thinking**:- Applies structured thinking to evaluate data and make informed decisions.- Identifies key issues, assesses risks, and considers alternatives.**Influencing**- Communicates ideas persuasively and understands decision-making dynamics.- Uses listening and questioning techniques to influence outcomes.**Leadership**- Adapts leadership style to different situations and motivates teams through positive reinforcement.- Demonstrates key leadership traits and applies leadership theories in practice.**Employee Relations**- Oversees employee relations programs and advises managers on best practices.- Monitors key metrics such as retention and satisfaction.- Updates and improves procedures for grievances, performance, and disciplinary actions.**Talent Management**- Coordinates recognition programs and succession planning.- Identifies development needs and tracks high-potential talent.- Master’s degree in business administration or related to the area- Knowledge in Power BI- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills- Knowledge Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma**Additional Information**:- Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas- This position is five-day a week in-office model.- This position will require travelling 20% working time (International).- Valid Travel Visa and Passport- Domestic Relocation assistance is available for this position.- Do not forget to include a resumé in English in your profile in Workday.**Final details****The Caterpillar Code of Conduct states that we will select and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
