Knowledge in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Planning, Budget and stock control, KPIs, Productivity, Data anylisi & continual improvement- Follow up percentage of completion and budget of the works assigned to the subcontractor to conduct new infrastructure works and / or maintenance, verify the quality of the work, check that these are being made according to budget and stipulated time.- Maintain a technical and administrative control of the maintenance department work according to priorities and specialty, follow up to the completion, close and administration, verify the costs that it was incurred.- Verify the performance of preventive maintenance of the equipment, tools and machinery in the yard.- Ensure that all the material is requested and replacement parts for the work to be executed.- Perform maintenance programs of each team in coordination with the disciplines and keep a record of each work.- Develop a maintenance programs and budgets for the maintenance area each year.- Supervise daily the subcontractors and coordination of maintenance work in the yard.- Participate in daily meetings with the maintenance staff to review plans.- Realization of requisitions for different works in the yard in order to coordinate the planning of the execution of the activities the next day.- Coordinate the preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery in Altamira Fabrication Yard fulfilling the previously established program to prevent any incidents when the activity is performed.- Weekly review of the dead times and major failures of machines and goals to achieve in the next week.- Issuance of the weekly report of activities of the maintenance department.- Support in reviewing the engineering drawings issued by engineering for the construction of new facilities with their comments and observations.- Review plans of training for the maintenance department.Take participation in the MOVs campaign (Diffusion and workshop)- 10 years of experience in similar position.- Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or related
