Cantera Digital está en búsqueda de **TI Project Manager**, Únete a nuestro equipo**OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**:¿Qué hace?Coordina el desarrollo de plataformas y proyectos desde la idea inicial de proyecto hasta laentrega final a los usuarios.¿Cómo lo hace?Realiza el análisis de los proyectos de desarrollo en distintas aplicaciones. Detalla los requerimientos y coordina el trabajo entre las áreas de diseño de interfaz, desarrolladores, área de calidad y áreas internas para validar la necesidad y funcionalidad.Realiza la planeación y seguimiento del proyecto desde el inicio hasta la entrega y mantenimiento de este.Prioriza los requerimientos y funcionalidades.¿Para qué lo hace?Para entregar un producto funcional cumpliendo con los requisitos del usuario en la ventana de tiempo requerida**Requisitos**:- Educación: Licenciatura- Experiência laboral:- 3 años coordinando proyectos como Project manager- 3 años como business analyst para desglosar las requerimientos, funcionalidades e interacciones entre plataformas- Experiência coordinando proyectos con la metodología scrum- Pensamiento analítico- Experiência coordinando equipos de trabajo- Conocimientos específicos:- Metodología Scrum- Manejo de proyectos- Conocimiento de plataformas para gestión de proyectos como Jira y Confluence- Conocimiento de funcionalidad y configuración de Odoo- Entendimiento de procesos de facturación y plataformas de pago- Idiomas: Español e inglésACTIVIDADES:1. Desglosar requerimientos y funcionalidadesa. Analizar funcionalidad, desglosar por tareas el desarrollo con los distintos escenarios2. Planear desarrollo por proyectoa. Estimación de tiempo de desarrollo y pruebas por proyecto, coordinar asignación de recursos por proyecto (output: roadmaps y gantts por proyecto)3. Seguimiento, monitoreo de desarrollo, pruebas y liberacióna. Seguimiento diarios de tareas planeadasb. Planeación semanal de tareas de desarrolloc. Documentación y entrega de avances con stakeholders4. Entrega de funcionalidad a usuarios internos.a. Reunión con usuarios internos para validar avances y entregar funcionalidad5. Seguimiento de errores, mejoras y reportes en la plataforma una vez liberado a livea. Coordinar prioridades de desarrollo y planear liberaciones con mejoras y corrección de errores6. Seguimiento y monitoreo de proyectos de PM a cargoa. Desbloquear y ayudar a PM cuando se requiere para definición de necesidades o interacción con otras áreasb.
