We seek a proactive and meticulous professional to lead and improve logistics services, ensuring efficient inventory control, product distribution, and seamless coordination with external providers. If you thrive in a multifaceted environment and excel at problem-solving, this is the opportunity for you.**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and improve logistics services, including inbound/outbound operations and packaging improvements for finished products.- Handle inventory coordination, product movement, and shipments involving external logistics providers, customs, and documentation.- Develop and implement efficient processes, procedures, and distribution/logistics services.- Ensure inventory accuracy through blind counts and validation.- Prepare, pack, and ship materials across multiple locations.- Coordinate receipt confirmations and lead inbound material storage for availability.- Coordinate and plan delivery routes through motorcycle operators.- Resolve a broad range of logistics and distribution challenges efficiently.**Qualifications**:- Strong attention to detail in verifying order accuracy and inventory management.- Ability to collaborate optimally within a team and get along with supervisors and peers.- Adaptability to changing work environments and multitasking efficiently.- Proven verbal and written communication skills to get along with internal and external collaborators.- Strong interpersonal skills to optimize warehouse space and classify products optimally.- Knowledge of regulatory compliance for warehouse operations.- Experience conducting periodic stock counts and identifying discrepancies.- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting objectives.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with basic Excel skills.- Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP (SD module).- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in logistics or a related administrative field.- Basic English proficiency (30%).**Additional Details**This job has a full time weekly schedule.Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
