Customer Service Representative – Logistics Location: On-site 5 days a week, San Pedro Garza Garcia (Monterrey) Our client, a global leader in fire protection solutions such as fire alarm systems and emergency devices, is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Logistics to support international operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience from their office in San Pedro Garza Garcia (Monterrey). Key Responsibilities - Serve as the main link between customers, internal teams, and logistics partners Manage order, shipping, and delivery inquiries with accuracy and professionalism Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with 3PL partners and Hub operations Track orders, communicate updates, and resolve delivery issues Support cross-functional collaboration with U.S.-based teams Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics standards What You'll Bring - 2–4 years' experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally handling hub shipments Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and stay detail-focused Experience with ERP/CRM and logistics platforms Intermediate spoken English as you'll have frequent conversations with the US office
