Maintenance Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Schedule and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet vehicles.- Supervise mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks based on priority and urgency.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation laws in both Mexico and the U.S.- Track maintenance records and unit conditions using fleet management software.- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for parts and repairs.- Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs while maintaining high standards.- Prepare reports on fleet condition, maintenance schedules, and improvements.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle or fleet maintenance.- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.- Proven leadership and team management skills.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Experience with maintenance management software (preferred).- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.- Flexibility to work extended hours and respond to emergencies.- Willingness to travel several days per week to Colombia, N.L.- Valid U.S. visa required.- Bilingual (Spanish-English).**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary- Legal benefits- Opportunities for professional growth and training- Dynamic and supportive work environmentPay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
