**Key Qualifications**:- 5-7 years of experience in analyzing deployment architectures, troubleshooting, and debugging issues in Oracle Fusion Applications developed using the ADF framework.- Have a technical degree i.e., BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA.- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.**Supporting Skills**:In addition to the preferred qualifications, the following skills will be advantageous:- Hands-on experience with any of the following Oracle products: Oracle WebLogic, Oracle SOA Suite, Enterprise Scheduler Service, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle UCM, Oracle (Hyperion) Essbase, or Financial Reporting, Oracle VBCS.- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations certification or similar certifications are desired.**Responsibilities**:As a Principal Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:- Resolving complex technical problems with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring efficient issue diagnosis and problem resolution for Oracle customers.- Serving as an effective communicator and negotiator in problem resolution and management.- Demonstrating the ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse and globally distributed teams spanning multiple time zones.- Cultivating a strong desire to learn and staying updated on Oracle Fusion Applications, web technologies, and industry trends.Career Level - IC4
