**CS Finance & Small Holders Assistant****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Assisting in managing compliance program and sales operations such as conciliations and sales reports, monitoring and supporting the control of processes related to commercial programs (conciliations).- Liaising with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties related to sales operations.- Providing support for managing distributor contracts, including enrolling or removing them.- Supporting internal processes for purchasing materialsand providing general support to marketing to ensure timely resources for projects.- Administrative assistance: Expense reports, booking meetings and events, travel planning support.**WHO YOU ARE**- University degree: Finance, Business Administration, Industrial engineering or similar.- At least 3-5 yrs experience.- Proficient English level, both written and spoken.- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.- Customer centricity, proactive, adaptable to challenging environments.At Bayer we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
