This role is focused on execution and results : sourcing, screening, qualifying, and moving candidates forward efficiently. You will work closely with leadership and serve as a professional point of contact for candidates and clients. This role is best suited for experienced professionals who value autonomy, accountability, and results over rigid structure. This is a senior, independent role with direct impact on revenue. Location: Remote Preferred regions: Central and South America Time zone: Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time Key Responsibilities: Recruiting & Placement • Own full-cycle recruiting for active hospital job orders • Source candidates across the Americas • Conduct English-language screening interviews • Assess clinical background, licensure status, and job readiness • Present qualified candidates to clients or internal stakeholders • Maintain strong candidate follow-up and momentum Client & Internal Coordination • Communicate professionally with hospital clients and leadership • Provide clear updates on pipeline and candidate status • Flag risks, delays, or unqualified candidates early Systems & Process • Maintain accurate candidate and job records in Salesforce • Track recruiting activity and outcomes • Follow established recruiting workflows and contribute feedback Required Qualifications • 4–8+ years US International healthcare recruiting experience • Experience with U.S. hospitals or health systems • Familiarity with healthcare visas (TN, H-1B, EB-3, Asylum, TPS, EAD) • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Strong judgment in evaluating candidate viability • Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications • Spanish fluency (strong plus) • Salesforce or ATS experience What Success Looks Like • Jobs filled • Fast, qualified submissions • Clean pipelines • Minimal oversight required About E-Health Jobs: E-Health Jobs is a healthcare recruitment and workforce solutions company partnering with U.S. hospitals to hire nurses and allied health professionals, including internationally trained candidates where appropriate.
