**Job Title**: CRM Specialist (Klaviyo)**Job Type**: Full-Time Contractor**Workplace**: Remote**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, PST alignment**Compensation**: USD $1,500 - $2,000 / month (DOE)Core Outcomes- Execute weekly campaigns with pixel-perfect QA and on-time launches.- Segment and maintain subscriber lists to maximize deliverability and engagement.- Analyze performance data to optimize content, timing, and audience strategy.Partner with design and marketing teams to align creative and conversion goals.**Requirements**:- Proficiency in Shopify CRM integrations and GA4 performance tracking.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- Authorized to work as a remote contractor and available during Pacific Time hours.**Benefits**:- Compensation & Perks: USD $1,500 - $2,000 / month (DOE); access to a $200k+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ services; on-time, in-currency pay; flexible paid time off policy; learning and development stipends.
