Supports the needs and feedback of the software developer.- Extensive work experience as a product owner, project manager and change management advocate.- Previous working knowledge of intermediate-advanced work with JIRA, implementing workflows, approval levels, KPIs and reporting results.- Excellent communication skills both to lead discussions and generate work results.
