What you’ll be doing Solving IT support requests submitted by employees Ensuring ticket resolution in line with defined SLAs Resolving emergency and unplanned IT incidents, including urgent hardware issues Supporting new joiners with laptop provisioning, initial IT setup, and troubleshooting Retrieving hardware from exiting employees and managing its lifecycle for reuse or decommissioning Managing Revolut‑owned technology, both office‑based and remote hardware Identifying opportunities to improve IT processes or tools Supporting the implementation of new technologies or workflows What you’ll need 2+ years of experience with IT systems, networks, and enterprise tools, like macOS, Chrome OS, Jira / Atlassian, and Google Workspace A track record in endpoint device management and incident management A proven ability to manage vendors and outsourced services Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security Great organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple support tasks efficiently Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities in IT support environments Effective interpersonal and communication skills to support team members across the business Fluency in English Nice to have Experience working in tech, financial services, or e‑commerce companies Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
