Providing with new ways to deliver and manage IT on-premises and in the cloud.The As-A-Service Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst will drive the creation and execution of strategic pricing initiatives to support the growth and profitability of the aaS business. This role will be responsible for development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of pricing structures and strategies. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to understand market, customer, and competitive landscape to develop and maintain optimal pricing strategies.**_ How you'll make your mark:_**- Define and implement strategic pricing roadmap- Develop sophisticated pricing models for use across the customer lifecycle (new offer introduction, expansion, renewals)- Responsible for managing pricing accuracy across pricing and quoting tools- Responsible for managing analysis and financial modeling to influence business choices by senior management- Define, manage and oversee regular governance cadence to review results of key performance metrics and drive business choices**_ About you:_**- First level university degree with a focus in business, economics, or finance; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) strongly preferred.- 8+ years of experience in a business function or exhibiting an exceptionally strong background in some other relevant and applicable area of business.- 3+ years of experience in strategic pricing (aaS experience strongly preferred)- Experience defining and shaping pricing strategies- Strong financial modeling and analytical experience- Knowing way around a P&L including costs & margins- Ability to communicate small and large settings- Experience communicating and negotiating complex pricing methodologies- Ability to shape pricing strategies by using data and analytics to drive insights and inform customer willingness to pay- Ability to provide strategic and financial consultation to key stakeholders across the organization- Ability to communicate, connect, consult and utilize negotiation skills catered to a wide variety of audiences- Excellent understanding and comprehension of accounting goals and financial analysis- Excellent project management and prioritization skills- Execution focus, action and results orientated, “can do” attitude, rigor, able to drive multiple parallel and fast-paced initiatives, highly analytical**Join us and make your mark**We offer:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?HPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT and Affirmative Action employer.
