You will strive to foster and promote a high-performing, growth-oriented organizational culture with strong values that aligns with business goals and achieves our financial targets.- You directly manage, coach, and develop the People Relations Manager and the Support Office Experience Specialists- Utilize your HR Business Partner mindset by strategically partnering with business leaders to effectively implement the H&M people plan- Together with the Sales Market team and Area HR Managers, you follow up & evaluate HR KPI's & initiate clear action plans- Maintain an overview of the specific colleague related challenges in your Sales market, including political, environmental, and competitor-related complexities and develop strategies to navigate these challenges- You play a key role in leading change initiatives, supporting colleagues to adapt to changes through effective communication and support- You support the Sales Market and Area teams in developing, identifying and coaching talents & foster cross-function talent initiatives- Required domestic and international travel up to 60% of the time**Qualifications**- 3 years of past retail experience, preferably in retail management- 3-5 years in a HR Business Partner or similar HR role for a retail company preferred- Inclusive, positive, open to feedback, willing to multitask and learn on the job- Strong commitment and experience with providing a high level of customer service- Skilled at solving conflicts in a direct but positive way- Strong professional maturity and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information- Knowledge of local laws for all locations in Sales Market- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English- Proficient at Microsoft Office- Store orientation and commitment to Area team and store management development**Additional Information**- We value diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation and disability- We pride ourselves on being a values-driven organization, guided by our 7 unique values that have been part of our success story for over 75 years- You'll have access to our Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) to find community and networking opportunities among colleagues- We are an inclusive company where you're encouraged to be yourself at work- You will have access to a large global talent community, where career growth and aspirations have no limits- We believe in supporting your overall wellbeing and offer comprehensive benefits- You'll be able to express your personal style with our employee discount at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS
