Would you like to be part of our team?Plans, develops, updates and oversees all learning and development programs and processes in the sales market MX/CO/EC and support office functions. Implements global and sales market MX/CO/EC specific trainings and workshops which contribute to the market meeting its business goals. Follows up with business leaders to ensure they are working in line with global and country learning expectations to secure the strategic development of their teams. Drives for quality across all resources - people and materials, involved in all learning and development aspects in the market.**Job Responsibility including but not limited to**:- Builds a sustainable learning and development strategy for the sales market MX/CO/EC portfolio that enables colleagues to unlock their talent potential and achieve success at H&M- Monitors the performance of workforce groups and proactively identifies development solutions in partnership with the Talent team- Regularly makes recommendations for skill enhancements for the organizational by seeking out learning opportunities that would assist in exceeding business goals- Maintains strategic oversight of performance management process for country, including dialogue process- Creates sustainable implementations and rollout plans of global and country specific trainings and workshops to the sales market MX/CO/EC organization.- Builds a long-term strategy to ensure quality training processes across the whole sales market MX/CO/EC organization.- Responds to the developmental needs of each level of employee (i.e. Sales Advisors, Store Managers, Support Office, etc.) by creating or updating appropriate learning tools and materials- Partners with business leaders to ensure that introduction and in-store trainings are done in an impactful way, exceeding H&M standards and guidelines- Ensures that all sales market MX/CO/EC learning and development programs are consistent with H&M company culture, policies, standards, objectives and procedures and the supplied training material- Accurately communicates pertinent information (i.e. ER material) to trainers and to sales organization and support office managers through training programs that support the company’s business, sales market MX/CO/EC legal compliance and human resources objectives.- Works with HR partners to maintain strategic overview of workshop trainers, including current and potential trainers, as well as management coaches- Oversees with HR partners the evaluation of new and existing trainers to ensure high quality in the training process by identifying their progress and providing proper and timely feedback to meet trainers’ developmental needs- Partners with HR partners to identify, train and develop the coaching skills of function managers- Ensures quality updates and maintenance of existing workshops internal training programs, as well as function specific workshops (i.e. Controlling, Visual/Display)- Partners with ER to ensures all Recruiting and Training portions of policy books and tools are current according to policies and procedures set by H&M- Serves as a liaison with function managers regarding training for new initiatives- Serves as a liaison with Global team regarding global training initiatives and partners with other country training specialists to assess training best practices- Has working knowledge of and ability to roll-out / update H&M global training system: GROW- Acts as an advocate and lighthouse to facilitate and implement Inclusion & Diversity workshop and training initiatives in market**Financial Accountability**: Oversees budgeting of training costs for systems and programs- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or other business-related field or equivalent years of work experience- 4+ years of experience developing and managing training programs for employee on-boarding, and sales and corporate trainings- Retail management/operations experience required- Has detailed knowledge and expertise in facilitating all in store training programs for sales, visual, COR, and management and has conducted management and sales workshops and seminars.- Strong knowledge of H&M and/or workshop training material (preferred)- Certified H&M Master Trainer or other Master Trainer certification (preferred)- Bilingual Spanish English required**Competencies**:- Ability to work within and emulate the H&M Company values.- Able to provide leadership and acts in a professional and confidential way.- Acts as an H&M brand ambassador- Excellent training and delivery skills.- Excellent verbal and written commun
