We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.**Position Snapshot****Location**: Nestlé México**Stream**: IT Mergers**Type of Contract**: Permanent**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform Standalone Business IT risk-assessment and adherence with IT Minimum requirements- Define, monitor and manage action plan and adherence to IT Minimum requirements- Manage Security and Compliance Index objective, target and result in collaboration with the Standalone Business- Identify the relevant Nestlé IT solutions to be used by each Standalone Business- Promote, when relevant, usage of Nestlé IT solutions (Active Directory federation, IT Platform, C-SOC integration, Service Now, DMARC, HR Light, MSe platform,Public cloud security monitoring solution, MS Dynamics SEED, Nestlé SAP)"- Identify procurement efficiency options, assess them with the Standalone Business, ensure that procurement flow is executed correctly and monitor that savings are realized (Microsoft, HP, Lenovo, Palo Alto, Docusign, Aruba, AWS, etc).- Define the Business case for the above project- Lead projects (when the complexity is limited and based on proven technology) and ensure that the benefits are realized- Manage IT Standalone Business landscape as part of integration project"**Required Profile**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field- 5-8 years of experience in IT and business/industry- Knowledge of cyber-security framework (especially in Nestlé) and risk management approach- Project management experience would be an asset- Experience in operating in a matrix organization and development of influencing skills- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English. Another language would be an asset (Spanish, Chinese, Arab, German and French)- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
