Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.The CSA Desktop Assistant supports the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) disciplines in industrial construction environments—especially data center developments. Reporting to the CSA Lead, this role assists throughout design, procurement, and construction phases, contributing to project coordination, documentation workflows, and quality tracking.This position serves as a liaison between engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and the client, ensuring seamless administrative and technical support across all CSA-related activities.**Key Responsibilities****Documentation & Coordination**:- Support initial reviews of CSA deliverables including drawings, specifications, and reports.- Manage submittal tracking, document transmittals, and approval cycles via project management platforms.- Draft meeting minutes, decision logs, and communication records between stakeholders.- Consolidate weekly progress updates for the CSA Lead and Project Manager.**Quality Control & Compliance**:- Assist in monitoring inspection reports and quality audits.- Record non-conformances and track corrective actions.- Coordinate commissioning and testing activities in collaboration with operations teams.**Risk Management Support**:- Help update the Project Risk Register and mitigation plan status.- Document deviations, incidents, and delays affecting critical milestones.**Site Support & Logistics**:- Gather and compile physical progress data from site teams.- Support scheduling and logistics for contractor/vendor site visits.- Assist in recording measurements and preparing visuals to report field status.**Qualifications**- Technical degree or coursework in civil engineering, architecture, or related fields.- Prior experience in industrial construction or data center environments is an advantage.- Basic knowledge of technical documentation, construction standards, and safety protocols.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.- Organized and methodical, with an ability to multitask across documentation, scheduling, and coordination fronts.- Familiarity with software tools such as MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or collaborative platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Procore).**Additional Information**:- Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
